Summary: Cleanliness- sink was dirty on arrival but it was cleaned right away on notification… no bathmat first night. Employees at front desk were very helpful and friendly. Should be told about no ice machine on floors 1-4. Beds super comfortable!

Summary: The only problem I had was worth hotels dot com i'm a longstanding member. I did not protect my stay with the extra fear and my wife got a new job and her start date interfered with our stay all I asked him to do. Let's push back my stand by 1 day. There was a 2 nights there. I just wanted to check-in on Saturday instead of Friday. I'll stay tunnel Monday instead of Sunday. It would have made the difference in hotel cost, but they weren't charged me an obscene amount of money to do so that is bs

Summary: Checkin was fine, agent was very sweet. Check out was fine, just no inquiry on how our stay was. Ice machine had no ice for 3 of the days NO HOT WATER any of the days...toilet didn't flush properly, sink didn't drain right either.

Summary: We were in phoenix for a 1 night stay as a couple from Tucson. We wanted something close to an event we were supposed to attend. The room was very comfortable and large. It was a very quiet and felt safe. We had views of the pool and spa which looked nice. The restaurant was closed during our stay however. We did get food for breakfast on our way out. We will definitely stay here again if back in the area for overnight trips.

Summary: Visiting our grandchildren! This hotel was very nice but not ideal for an extended stay. Very small fridge no microwave. However the hotel was very clean and quiet.
